Nursing Mothers:

Snow Cancellation – Rescheduling Policy: 
A training event will only be canceled due to extreme inclement weather and will always be rescheduled. Cancellation information will be posted on our website.

Registrant Cancellation: 
If a registrant is unable to attend a workshop, he or she is welcome to send a substitute, or, if notice of cancellation is received at least five business days prior to the workshop, the registrant may credit his or her registration fee toward another workshop within the same training season. 

Special Accommodations: 
The facilities will use for In-Person trainings are fully accessible. If you need special accomodations for Virtual trainings please contact Amanda Gibbons at traininginstitute@openskycs.org.

Grievance Policy: 
Any registrant who is dissatisfied with any aspect of a training is encouraged to contact Amanda Gibbons at traininginstitute@openskycs.org at 508-755-0333. Every effort will be made to remedy the complaint in a satisfactory manner.
